Maltitol is a sugar alcohol (polyol) used as a substitute for sugar.
It is a new type of sweetener widely used in the processing of sugar-flavored foods. Its sweetness is 90%, except for browning, almost the same nature. It can easily replace sugar, food energy is less, not promote tooth decay, blood sugar reaction is slightly lower.
