1. Regulate Immunity. Poria cocos sclerotium extract can activate lymphatic T cells and B cells, resist thymic atrophy, resist spleen enlargement, and enhance the phagocytic ability of macrophages.
2. Inhibit tumor. Poria cocos sclerotium extract has a good inhibitory effect on mouse sarcoma S180 with an effective rate of 19.6%~35% (used alone). If it is used with other inhibitory drugs (such as cyclofluamide), the effective rate is 38.9%~69%. For leukemia (L1210), the survival time can be prolonged, by 70% when used alone, and by 168.1% when combined with cyclofluramide.
