Applications in food
1. Beverages : sucralose can be added to many beverages, such as nutritional drinks, functional drinks, fermented milk and lactic acid bacteria drinks. It can cover up the bitter, astringent and other bad flavors produced by vitamins and functional substances, and will not have any impact on the flavor, color, transparency, viscosity and stability of the beverage.
2. Baked goods : Because sucralose has the advantages of high temperature resistance and low caloric value, it is often used in baking and pastry foods. After high temperature heating, its sweetness does not change, and there is no loss of measurability.
