Zinc sulfate monohydrate is an inorganic substance with the chemical form ZnSO4·H2O. The appearance is white liquid powder. Density 3.28g/cm3. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, easily deliquescent in air. It is prepared by the reaction of zinc oxide or zinc hydroxide with sulfuric acid. Used as raw materials for the production of other zinc salts; Used for cable galvanizing and electrolytic preparation of pure zinc, fruit tree nursery disease spray, artificial fiber, wood and leather preservatives.
