In food mainly used in meat products, fish products processing and so on. Fumaric acid can be used as acidity regulator, acidifier, antioxidant, salting promoter and spice. This product has a strong buffer effect to keep the aqueous solution at about pH3.0, and has an important role in antibacterial and mildew prevention, at the same time, it has astringent taste, is one of the most acidic solid acids, low absorption rate, and helps to extend the shelf life of powder products.
